For nearly 30 years we have been designing and producing costumes for the dance world. We are committed to customer service, with well-fitting costumes crafted for each dancer. We're here to represent dancers of all sizes, styles, and genders. Based in Northern California, we serve local dance studios and out-of-state companies as well. 

 

Having been in the dance world for decades, Owner and Master Seamstress Janie Abshier has enjoyed being a dancer, teacher, choreographer, and a dance mom. In each of those roles, she has also experienced the need and struggle to find just the right costume for each performance. Janie believes it is essential to find a costume that embodies the song, story, and style for each group of dancers and their choreographers. It is her goal and pleasure to take the stress and frustration out of the creative process. She's always thrilled to bring her expertise to the designing experience. 

 

We work with studios, teachers and choreographers, and independent dancers or performers to co-design unique costumes for any occasion. Every garment is made to fit each body just right and will last far beyond the dance season. 

 

We also work with clients looking for Halloween costumes, Tango Wear, and Special Occasion designs.
